Job Search Coaching for New College Graduates
Today’s job market for recent college graduates who have earned a bachelor’s degree or even an MBA is tight and confusing. It used to be that a college degree was a ticket to solid, high paying employment. Today, there are no guarantees!

Dr. Marty Martin, an experienced psychologist and career coach as well as seasoned human resources professional, can assist you or your children who have recently earned an undergraduate or graduate degree to identify their interests, strengths, skills, and weaknesses to develop a solid job marketing plan to learn how to become more attractive to potential employers.

How does the process work? Dr. Marty Martin works with recent college graduates in-person if you live in the Chicago metropolitan area or by telephone/email if you live anywhere in the United States. The process consists of one weekly session lasting one hour for 3-6 consecutive months depending upon the unique needs of the college graduate. The fee is $500 per month to be paid at the beginning of each month.

Second Act Coaching for Soon-To-Be Retirees/Retired
Coaching begins with a personally tailored in-depth, yet fast-paced assessment of unique combination of instruments ranging from Raising Your Money Quotient to The Myers-Briggs Type Inventory. The sessions are focused and action oriented with mutually agreed upon assignments between sessions. Appointments are either in-person or on the telephone.

Success is based upon developing a highly trusting and motivating relationship with your coach who has been trained by The Financial Life Planning Institute. Clients are guided through four stages of insight referred to as Exploration, Understanding, Goal Setting, and Empowering.
